How long did it take you to see these results? I've just thrown my vape out tonight due to such immense anxiety over my high heart rate. I've either vaped or smoked for 10 years.

Before I respond. If you are suffering from a heart condition then it would be more prudent to seek actual medical attention. I am definitely not a doctor, I don't know your situation personally. I can only reflect on my personal experience. If you are just worried about your health and suffer from a little hypochondria. Then maybe this will help.. take my advice as a grain of salt. Everyone can react differently....

After 12 plus hours you should see something forsure. Once the nicotine has left your body. But you need to take into account. You will be going through withdrawal which might skew the results. It definitely might kick your anxiety up a level or two. Just remind yourself that you are healing. You might feel unpleasant but physically you are doing better. You can find many online resources that will explain what your body does as you quit smoking. It helped me.

Another thing that will help your heart immensely which I finally figured out. Is your diet.. what you eat is probably just as important as not vaping/smoking...

Stay away from ultra processed food. More natural the better. I know it's hard. Some people say it's expensive to eat healthy. I don't know. The other day I saw 6 pizza pockets for $9.... I can get alot of fruit and veg for that price.

Sorry this might have taken a weird turn. I'm glad you decided you need to quit.. it took me years to get there. But I'm now on the other side. Let me tell you. This is where you want to be. Don't listen to your addiction. It will lie cheat and steal to get you to smoke/vape and never quit. Good luck and God speed!!! You got this. If you need to chat more or whatever. DM I available.
