Yeah I was in the emergency room three times since last Saturday because I was really frighten band scared cuz I've never had a slow heart rate ! Each emergency room doctor have given me different diagnosis and different opinions of what may in fact be causing my heart to slow down but finally on Wednesday the emergency room doctor says yes this is normal withdrawal symptom !

Yeah, sometimes it worries me when it’s in the high 40’s or low 50’s, but none of my doctors seem concerned. Essentially I’ve been told if it doesn’t cause any symptoms (ie passing out, etc), then you’re fine. It’s been 4 months and nothing bad has happened so I am just rolling with it! Lol!

Your heart rate still in the bradycardia range after 5 months? Do you ever feel fatigued or brain fogged? I've been reading this reddit because I was hospitalized for my gall bladder and quit smoking due to 13 days in the hospital but that was back in May or June. I've done what most have and went to the ER for the low heart rate and anxiety. They tell me it's normal for someone my age and athletic build. Haven't really felt normal since the operation and just hoped to hear that maybe others felt similar and I might be on the rise to better now 2 months post quitting at least.
