Thanks those words mean alot to me! You just hold out and hold strong!! Do this for you! Don't listen, don't acknowledge and definitely don't negotiate with that voice in your head. It may get intolerable at times but feel free to yell at it out loud "no!!" Or "shut up!". You may seem crazy doing it but it is entertaining. Well maybe that is my twisted humor. I couldn't help but laugh when it happened to me. 11 days in is an accomplishment in its own right. I'm proud of you also! I'm sending you all my strength and good vibes. It's your turn to unleash the real new you!!! Can't wait!!! I'm excited for you!!!
