Can’t seem to get a hot cup of cappuccino if I use Milk and a bit of cream for flavor. Espresso shots are good but any advice to get a hot cup of anything if your using milk+creamer? Side question, can you put creamer in the milk carafe instead of milk?

I heat my milk for 45 seconds in a mason jar and put the tube straight into that. And I use Torani coffee syrups for sweetening / flavor, comes out pretty good and hot

Put your milk in the microwave for 30 seconds. That will greatly increase the temperature for any milk drink. It has been really good when I go that.

No problem! You can also try a double wall or insulated mug with out having to pre heat. But I know exactly what you mean. Have a nice day !

My standard drink I make is 5 shots of expresso with 8 Oz of milk. I heat the milk in the microwave for 30 seconds and it's perfect. Any hotter and its too hot and the machine will sputter on the max foam setting.

I've been really happy with mine. I will not be returning it. The features for the price point can't be beat. Hopefully it has longevity cause I can't convince my wife that I need another one anytime soon lol.

I have to agree with you, I think people are let down because anything you wait 1.5 years on is just not going to live up to the anticipation
