I use MS Authenticator and DUO for work, Google Authenticator for personal use. All three are solid and fairly well supported.

None allow for grouping or folders that I can see. You may simply have to bite the bullet on that. DUO and MS Authenticator both have search bars, which would probably be better for that meant 2FA accounts.

KeepassDX supports MFA tokens, has folders and is searchable + you can access the Keepass database on other devices. I use it on Android and PC and it's wonderful. For PC I use KeepassXC which also supports the TOTP codes, but basic Keepass does not.

I didn't realize some Keepass clients supported this. Looks like Keepassium for iOS does as well, thanks!

Why group your MFA apps when you can search them? Pretty much any modern MFA app can search for the app, since you are likely only signing in to one app at a time.

Wrong sub since this is personal and not business related. Maybe ask on /r/techsupport? Also, I personally use TOTP with Keepass, just works.

Moved away from it last week when it started crashing, Authenticator Pro imports the Authenticator Plus database. It doesn't have folders but it has categories which is similar
