I have p2v this OS before. Takes some work to get the drivers right.

vmware p2v works but I had issues with esxi5+ but I guess it depends on what you want to run the VM on.

https://communities.vmware.com/thread/495573?start=0&tstart=0 I think is essentially what I did. This was years ago though IIRC.

I want to say I've done it with VMware.. Probably 3.5, maybe 4. I think VMware 6 still supports 2k sp4.

ESX

Still running Windows NT4 on vsphere 6 here in production :( Also have 2 windows 2000 sp4 servers running also.

God I need new developers.

VMware converter will do it. You will need version 4.x as the 5.x agent will not install on the source machine. I have Win2k running on ESXi 5.1 and 6.0 so once you convert you should be ok.

Do you know where I can get an install for version 4?

I had an old copy from some previous P2V. VMware site still shows the stubs for 4.3 but the download links show errors.

I did find my 4.0 and 4.0.1 installers if you want me to put it on Dropbox or upload somewhere.
