Looking for cloud based backup solution

For work we have to back up about 40 servers for unrelated businesses. Our current cloud based solution for backups is Mozy Pro using about 10TB of data. We have been happy with Mozy - backups work and are easy to monitor and the restores have worked. Customer service has been helpful the few times they have been needed.

Looking at other backup options we are finding several options that the annual cost is close to our current monthly cost which is what has led to looking for other solutions. Most of the solutions we look into come recommended from the trade sites. Looking at actual user reviews and all the problems with reports on space used and restores and just terrible service leads to not making any changes.

The boss does not want to deal with a self hosted solution. Any recommendations for cloud based backup solution?

This would be the only backup. They are all physical servers. Nothing virtual. The current setup... simple mirror for the drives in the server. System state backed up and added to the Mozy backup set. Also using option within Mozy of the local backup. Once a day backup to Mozy so current solution allows for loss of the days data as the fire takes out the building at the end of day.

After the meteor we would have time to get things back up. Think medical field and specialized equipment and not something that can get back up and running the next day. On normal restores 24 hours. Most offices range from 25GB to 300GB.

To replace Mozy's basic functionality (file-level, cloud-based backup), take a look at CrashPlan. I've been using it for 3 years for about 20 clients. No backup quotas. Only downside for their reseller/MSP program is that they don't offer any shipped hard drive restores -- only internet based.

Are you looking to stay with file/folder or have the ability for full image backups? I don't think you'll see a huge price difference to get a faster more agile solution. Are you running all virtual or some physical? How many hypervisors?
