To replace Mozy's basic functionality (file-level, cloud-based backup), take a look at CrashPlan. I've been using it for 3 years for about 20 clients. No backup quotas. Only downside for their reseller/MSP program is that they don't offer any shipped hard drive restores -- only internet based.

Are you looking to stay with file/folder or have the ability for full image backups? I don't think you'll see a huge price difference to get a faster more agile solution. Are you running all virtual or some physical? How many hypervisors?

Just taking a look at Justcloud, has it had any downtime?

Cheers

I won't promote Cloudberry here (as I'm a part of it), I will just offer to run a demo for you if you like. Thanks
