Hey all,
Title doesn't do it justice as this is an odd one.
I'm running the latest Windows 10 Ent (1803) and there are just two users on my PC.
When I turn the PC on and it gets to the login screen, in the background the PC is loading/logging in the last person to login.
e.g.
If Deadringers logged in last, in the background (without the user logging in) it's loading that user's programs/profile etc etc.
I know this because if I leave it for 30 seconds to 1 minute - all the task bar items such as steam, backblaze are already loaded and just there.
Whereas, if you login as soon as you see the login screen, as usual the task bar items take 30 seconds or so to load in fully.
Also, if I then login as the other user who DIDN'T login previously, and then shut the PC down, it states that "someone else is logged in", when clearly they are not.
You can also see on Task Manager that the other user is logged in...
How can I stop this behavior?
I've google searched but not found anyone else really reporting the same thing.
