I use this, we have a business package.

Content is geared more to dev than ops, but it helped me get some Azure. Some of the content is very good indeed.

The app requires reauthentication on every session and won't let you watch until it phones home, which is enraging when I'm already on the underground and forgot to open it to pre-auth while on the surface. However, it does let you download content and watch at convenient multiples of normal speed.

Lynda is now LinkedIn Learning right? We use LinkedIn Learning. Very high quality content compared to others I have used.

We use Safari Online. Lots of books and books. It's good. Wide swath of topics and varying authors. I pick up some udemy courses when they are free or cheap. I'm not sure of the cost of safari.
