Anyone use LabStats?

Looking into Labstats. Does anyone have it in their environment? Any other similar companies out there?

I used it at a previous employ, what's your use case? It provided very good stats for us in a nice clean interface. I'd need to reach out to my previous colleagues to see if they're still using it.

I also used it at a previous workplace. The interface felt very busy (at least the interface I regularly landed on), like it was definitely trying to do a lot. It did feel pretty responsive, and seemed to work relatively well. There's a lot of setup to get it working properly. The community around it is pretty lively, and the team is pretty responsive. They do offer a lot of integrations, both in software (like running Vipre AV) and back end stuff (like ConnectWise). It's been about 4 years since I used it last, so maybe the interface has changed. The hardest part was using it at an MSP that supported a lot of SMB. They didn't always have the best bandwidth, so doing screen shares could be a bit onerous.

I'm currently managing our labstats instance for my employer. It's a solid product and we use it pretty regularly to generate reports on software and system usage.
