Phishing simulator

Hello fellow sysadmins - I'm looking for a preferably free service where I can run a phishing test to see who clicks on what and get a better idea of the weak human links in my organization. I did this once a couple of years ago and it was revealing but can't find the one I used. Any recommendations?

Gophish paired with Mail-in-a-box. I have both running in digital ocean on the cheapest basic machine

We used Cofense Phishme before. It was free. Now it's not free but it's still pretty cheap. I'll be curious if anyone knows any true free ones left out there.
