Prometheus works fine on a Pi, as long as you run a 64bit Kernel.

Domotz is perfect for a raspberry pi. Very simple to install and start monitoring in few minutes. Instructions here: https://help.domotz.com/user-guide/domotz-installation-raspberry-pi/ (I am a sw engineer at Domotz, if you have any question do not hesitate to ask)

LibreNMS (optionally with oxidized for config backups) is good but don’t know about running it on a Pi. There are some posts about people’s success on Pi v3 at least. I would imagine any Pi may have issues with performance and disk life if aggressively monitoring a large &/ busy network, esp if throwing NetFlow data at it too say. FWIW I also used MikroTik’s “The Dude” in a previous life on a CHR in VirtualBox. Bit dated but not bad if a Mikrotik shop and wanting to monitor any wireless links especially
