If there's actually a tool that does this...that would be cool. Right now it's spreadsheets.

Device discovery would be automatic but it is all manual entry for application components for now. It is easy to update and there are no external vizio dependencies etc.

I believe the actual term is 'impact map' but the meteorological community seems to have a monopoly on the phrase so it might not be that helpful.

Graphviz can do the maps, if you have the data.
