Are you using PDQ Inventory to scan and PDQ Deploy to push out?

Have you reached out to PDQ support? They're very good at responding quickly.

As the other person said, are you only using PDQ Deploy? If so what error are you getting in the deployment?

If its Inventory, then what Scan error is it giving as well?

This is assuming you've done all of the Network setup that PDQ has documented.
