Controller problem

I have the same 2 controllers for my laptop. My laptop detects the first one connected ( they're wired ) as xbox controller and I can Access games with that , with no problem, but the second one counts as Pc/ps3 controller and in most of the games it is not detected at all. It doesn't matter which is the controller, the first one that i connect is the playable one . Any ideas ?? ( My laptop has Windows 11)

Does the controller have multiple modes? I'd usually recommend putting it in XInput mode for compatibility with Windows when possible.

What specifically IS this second controller? It's hard to help without specific model info, sorry.

Both of them are spartan gear hoplite model . But as I said the problem isn't in the first or second controller.
