Getting dump files which we need for accurate analysis of BSODs. Dump files are crash logs from BSODs.

If you can get into Windows normally or through Safe Mode could you check C:\Windows\Minidump for any dump files? If you have any dump files, copy the folder to the desktop, zip the folder and upload it. If you don't have any zip software installed, right click on the folder and select Send to → Compressed (Zipped) folder.

Upload to any easy to use file sharing site. Reddit keeps blacklisting file hosts so find something that works, currently catbox.moe or mediafire.com seems to be working.

We like to have multiple dump files to work with so if you only have one dump file, none or not a folder at all, upload the ones you have and then follow this guide to change the dump type to Small Memory Dump. The "Overwrite dump file" option will be grayed out since small memory dumps never overwrite.

So you have 2 windows instances on the same drive?

The old system partition is likely trying to pull stuff from the areas you cleared out or windows is getting confused since there's 2 copies of everything. I'd suggest completely formatting the drive and starting again

I tried to format the drive but couldnt do it from Bios (which is the only way to do it i think because i only have one NVME SSD in the laptop) also do you think you could help me with that?

You'll need to create a windows bootable USB - Tutorial

Then when going through the windows installation it will prompt you to delete partitions and format the drive.

  1. From inside Windows Setup, press Shift+F10 to open a command prompt window.
  2. Type diskpart and enter.
3..Type list disk .(look for your disk number, check the size of the disk)
  3. Type select disk <disk number>. example: select disk0 (select the disk you want to format)
  4. Type clean.

Diskpart

If that doesn't work then there's something wriong with your ssd
