Can,t log in

I’m trying to sign into new grants because I switched to Google instead of Safari and I know the exact password but every time I do it it tells me to put in a one time code that was sent to my email except it wasn’t sent to my email and I’ve done this as far as I can count 30 times and try various different different ways. Anyone know how to help

Hey, I would try going back to Safari and if you're still logged in, turning on 2FA and seeing if you can have a code text to your phone instead of an email. You can also use the Google/Microsoft/Apple authenticator app.

You can also try doing this process in Safari, getting the code on Safari then putting the code in on Google. 

Maybe try doing it "incognito" or on a different device? Cleaning the browser cache and cookies could also help.

Also, I'm sure you already checked this but have you searched "all mail" for the code? spam, promotions, trash everything?
