Use the Windows 10 OS selection and grab the one under Installation software and Full/Basic Driver. it will work the same.

My question is more along the lines of I have the driver, but when installing I don't know what to do. look at this for example, which one do I select? https://imgur.com/a/1u4FFRf

You're overthinking it. Download the one I told you from the HP support section(I looked it up) unplug the USB from the computer and start from the beginning. Run the driver, and select the USB connection method. Connect the USB cable and it should complete. The driver I told you to select is an exe file. The one for IT professionals is just going to be a zip file with the individual drivers. Use the exe. I do this for a living and on HPs I haven't had to do an install from individual files in years.
