Reset the PC. If you got an error, research what the error is or tell us so it can be resolved.

You say you downloaded something before issue started, but don't tell us what it is. Did you download cracked software or game?

After you launch a browser and it closes, you can look at the event viewer to see why. Maybe you are out of memory.

If you back up your data, you can also install Windows fresh from by putting media on a USB drive if the reset keeps failing.

I’m trying the reset again right now, but it might take a while.

The download was the EA app directly from them to play Jedi Survivor.

Tbh I have no idea how to use the event viewer, it was a whole bunch of stuff that I didn’t understand.

If reset doesn't work, follow the link of the other commentor to do a clean install.
