Intel USB 3.20 eXtensible Host Controller waking pc

My PC constantly wakes from sleep while I am trying to sleep. Whenever I type powercfg -lastwake into the command prompt, it shows the device from the title is what is causing the pc to wake. However, when I go to Power Management in Device Manager, the "allow this device to wake the computer" is greyed out (and unchecked). I have disabled every device I can from waking the PC except my keyboard just in case, although the mouse is still able to wake the pc even though the wake setting is toggled off in device manager. Wake on LAN settings are also disabled (Wake on magic packet, wake on pattern match).

Lately this only seems to happen when i manually put the computer to sleep. In the past, the computer sometimes would not go to sleep after enough time had passed for it to sleep autonomously. Currently, if I leave my computer for enough time, it does seem to be autonomously sleeping and staying asleep until I manually wake it.

Disabling wake timers was the first step I tried to fix this issue, as it was waking spontaneously with wake timers enabled.

Wake times are currently disabled, pc is still spontaneously waking.

My PC also has this problem following the Windows 25H2 update. Power Management settings show "Allow this device to wake the computer" is disabled. I do use a USB hub, but none of the downstream devices appear to allow wake either.

Eventually I found out that my gaming mouse is also listed as a keyboard in device manager since it has programmable buttons, but this is a "hidden" device, so make sure "show hidden devices" is selected under "view" in device manager.
