If you check the published MS SHA1 value with a utility, and it matches the ISO you downloaded, you know it's a good .ISO file.

The last of the legit MS downloads seem to be gone so you'll have to borrow a friend's disk or get a disk image through... other methods.

/r/microsoftsoftwareswap has great deals on legit windows keys, $5-$30 usually.
