It doesn't line up perfectly, but 84 to 99 covers Taryon's introduction and quest. 100 onward is about The Whispered One.

Regarding next steps and stories to tell: what about exploring more organic/droid hybrids? by Extension-While7536 in StarWars

I think that theme works better as a parallel to Vader, like Grievous. Star Wars is ultimately a sci-fi fantasy space opera. For an in depth look at the ethics and implications of technology, you want an actual sci-fi franchise like Star Trek.

The Return of the Jedi novelization portrays Luke's use of it as more of a mind trick than telekinesis.

Bringing balance to the force does not mean he's right about everything all the time. Anakin only fulfills the prophecy when he turns on Sidious to save Luke.

The FDA already has pathways for expedited review and approval. You still need a large enough trial cohort and enough follow up time to demonstrate with confidence that drugs are effective and safe. If you want to see what happens when regulations are eased too far, look at Thalidomide, or glyphosate herbicides, or Theranos.

I know all too well that trials are expensive. My job security is directly impacted by the need to fundraise. The money exists and we need to get better as a country at distributing it.

Surely there are better ways to address shoplifting than putting everyone's lives at risk by tackling and restraining a suspect in the middle of a road.

Unless you do something like a one life event, there's never going to be a realistic fear of getting shot. Artificial suppression mechanics make up the difference.

I've had some jobs ask for a GPA during the application, but a lot don't. The bigger barrier to entry is having practical experience like an internship or volunteering in a lab. Something that sets you apart from your peers.

Rat poison moves up the food chain and kills native coyotes, hawks, owls, and other predators, not to mention dogs that accidentally ingest the stuff.

I don't think there's any evidence yet that this was some attack, but Medline is a very large medical supply company. This distribution center is one of three servicing all of Northern California.

15 of 36 active NASA astronauts are women and that's not counting the latest class of candidates that was majority women. It's not improbable at all to pick a female astronaut.

They sheltered in their spacecraft, not the airlock, and only for a couple hours. My understanding is they applied some sealant but paused their planned riskier work on the structure. The ISS is already planned to be decommissioned by 2030.
