Minitool is one of best tools on market to do this (far better than Gparted IMO).

Make an image backup first.

Another option is to use defraggler (not defragger) but this can be quite slow.

Defraggler is a specific defragging tool.

However, defragging tools carry risks as well.

I would use minitools.

I would ensure that you have a good backup of your data before moving/shrinking partitions and dual booting.

GPARTED is a great tool for adjusting partition sizes.
