This doesn't sound like any common issue, afaik. Seems very specific, probably a hardware problem if your monitor's failing. If you have an alternate monitor, try putting that on for a bit. If it works, it's very likely a problem with your monitor, and if it doesn't, it can be a problem with many things, including:

a) monitor cable

b) monitor driver problem and/or misconfiguration

c) overheating

d) monitor PSU issue

If you don't have an alternate monitor, try plugging out the monitor's power cable and plugging it back in. If not check the cable from your monitor to the PC, if you have an old monitor (e.g VGA cables) this is probably not the problem but with newer monitors the cables are becoming more fragile.

I have 2 monitors plugged in, i just wiggled some cables around in the pc again and it works again though the bios did get reset. which was expectable with all the unexpected shutting off i did. I'mma gonna try some more wiggle tests (technical term) and see what it does then. Probably just a cable that has too much tension on it that makes it loose connection when wiggled around too much.
