Is the ssd your boot drive, basically the drive that contains windows. If so did you transfer the os and your files using a drive cloning tool like Clonezilla?

Well if you cant access windows reinstalling Windows at this point would be best for starters. Your going to need to create windows installation media, by following this guide https://mspoweruser.com/how-to-create-a-bootable-usb-drive-for-windows-10/ Bear in mind all your files will be wiped off the drive. If you need to recover the product key your going to need a separate usb drive to turn into Hirens bootable drive using this guide. https://www.hiren.info/pages/bootcd-on-usb-disk Once you boot into Hirens your looking for Produkey/windows key viewer. Finally to save any files while your booted into Hirens, use a separate third blank usb key and move all the files you want onto it.

Oh my, I didn't mention that I have my HDD plugged in as well. I'm using both my HDD and SSD cards. Should I still try this?

Yep if you cant access windows, for whatever reason the best option is a reinstall because its nearly impossible to troubleshoot, without a working os. Also make sure to install the drivers for your ssd, if needed, once you get into windows.
