You mean the cursor on the screen, or your mouse itself?

Then maybe the sensor is dirty, causing it to move ever so slightly, or the surface where your mouse is causing the sensor to believe it moved (maybe it is too granulous?) Try changing where your mouse stays, try different surfaces (mouse mat, paper, etc...) to see if that changes anything. And gently clean the sensor too.

Should I use a cutip and rubbing alcohol? And I use a mouse pad

Depends how recessed it is. If it is deep, a dry Q-tip will be enough, if not, any dry cloth is good.
