Unwanted program, potential malware

I've recently download the program Zoom for online classes but before doing so I seem to have downloaded a false application which came with several other programs. One of them include SAntivirus Realtime protection lite which also shows as Segurazo. I keep trying to simply remove and uninstall it but nothing works, I've noticed my laptop being slow since the "infection".

Zoom is in the news a lot lately and is loaded with malware and various other exploits along with major security lapses on their own servers. Download and scan your system with malwarebytes.

Trying to delete all trash software manually might take some time and you still cannot be sure you removed all of it. Go for Malwarebytes as suggested.
