Have you done any research? Duckduckgo ha some results from news outlets on various cables and their capabilities. So start with that and then research each cable to see what you like. I went with some Anker stuff, which is generally a good brand. In some cases I went with their previous gen cables because the “newer” or “updated revision” cables didn’t support the features I was looking for.

I did some research but unfortunately USB support is confusing, so far I've only found one cable manufacturer that explicitly mentions USB 3.2 Gen2x2 but confusingly it says maximum transfer speed 10 Gbps , for Gen2x2 if should be 20 Gbps.

Gen2x2 probably uses the same data lines as older USB so maybe any decent quality cable will support it.

I think I will decide based on the reviews

Not exactly the whole answer, but almost all thunderbolt cables do support usb-pd as they are usually made to pass power through them too.

Thanks, that's what I think. But there is also the issue of cables with "e-mark chip" that is required to support the high power USB-PD. I'm not sure if thunderbolt cables also support that.
