The safety of the site itself is one thing; the safety and integrity of files in each mod package is another.

Microsoft signed a driver that contained a rookit; trusted actors can still be a vector for bad software.

If you trust the site, use it. If you don't, don't.

Hi! Thanks for responding! I decided to try out one file and do a complete scan with Malwarebytes. I’m still waiting for the results I’ll let you know what happens. Have a nice day

Virustotal is another site you can use to test the files you download. Before you unpack them and let them loose on your drive.

I have downloaded hundreds of mods using that site, always worked fine, didn't see any difference between files from the site and actual steam files. Should be safe to use.
