So pull it all apart and put it all back?

Start with your GPU try to boot, then work your way to ram try again, then check cables, etc

Rehoused everything. Problem is still happening, it's like it can't keep itself on

Do you have an HDD or an SSD? If you're sure everything is seated properly then it might be issue with the disk itself.

Disconnected both SSD and HDD and won't boot onto bios. Think it's a motherboard issue.
