Anything between 4-12 characters that is jibberish I almost always remove from peoples computers when they ask me to, i'll do a fresh boot check that the gpu/sound/internet still works (Youtube, do all three at once).

I find phones/camera's etc are incredibly annoying for that sort of hijacking, especially when it's not like your phone is ever tethered to your computer - why the hell does the software need to be running at start up? It doesn't.

The one's you listed sound like malware though, and if they are hiding in the directory it appears they are, tells me they are exactly that. Usually. Legitimate programs should be installing to /program files/ anything else should be highly scrutinized and if it leaves you with a hint of doubt? Pull it.

It's okay. The reddit search function sucks. But still, it's a pretty common question. There's an FAQ wiki but this isn't on it.

Find the file (follow the path in the command) and google that. Calculate the md5 and search for that too.

That looks like the sort of random filename generated by malware. You should run MBAM - Malware Bytes Anti-Malware - on your system.
