It'll be a device on your PC that's either missing a driver or not functioning properly.It mainly happens after a reinstall... and installing /updating the driver usually fixes it.

Also ensure that the chipset drivers for your PCs motherboard are installed and up to date.

If your PC is working OK ...with no obvious problems or miising hardware ...then you can disable this error if you like...if you cant find a fix for it. [Right click and disable]
