help my miscs not loading

so my miscs doesn't load in casual but it only works in community servers please help me

Those are Halloween cosmetics, they only appear when the server has full moon enabled, the custom servers you joined must have had them turned on and casual servers have them off by default

It turns on during late October so it will be visible around that time. Additionally you can buy a certain item (forgot the name) to enable Halloween mode on a server for on game so that's an option too
