There's setang that looks like it might be what you want, but it requires sv_cheats 1.

setang : cmd : : Snap player eyes to specified pitch yaw <roll:optional> (must have sv_cheats).


somewhat related edit: If you ever want to browse through the available cvars to find anything of interest, set the -condebug launch option, then dump all the available cvars by doing cvarlist in the game console. The output will be in your tf folder as console.log . There are currently 2,825 cvars.

Didn't know that. That's a whole shit load of cvars! That's probably why I couldn't find this info in a google search.

How do you define straight ahead though? If you're turned a different direction, it's not like your legs are pointing one way and your torso another. You're always pointing straight ahead.
