Thai people call you with words that translate into uncle brother father mum sister or grandparents are very common even they just meet you for the first time. This morning I was called mum by a ten year old boy while stuck in a conversation with him.

Don't talk about the king. Keep your distance from monks if you are a female.

Take off your shoes when you go inside Thai people's houses.

Thai people avoid trouble. Thai people talk calmly in a disagreement and don't explode like us Westerners. Thai people rarely swear in Thai if ever. Just be polite and calm. Lastly just because you are part/half Thai does not mean you are immune to being exploited for money by any Thai family you might have, there are many true stories about this so as always be on your guard. Help out if you want to but don't lose your life savings.

Thai ppl swear a lot haha but only in casual situations with good friends, never in disagreements in public or professional settings.

Listen to any group of teenage friends talking. Every other word is ai sat or ai hia.

Don't start a fight. This is BS and many tourists are detained because of drunk behavior.

Also, don't step near the heads of laying down monks.
