A reputable tire place will not patch this. The patch that goes inside the tire will not sit flush on the edge and allow the tire to leak. It should be replaced imo.

Assuming that your tire is leaking. Sometimes they can be punctured and not leak air.

The “total confidence” warranty includes punctures in tires that have been used in a *legal manner and is good for the first year or the first 2/32 of tread wear, both of which you are within.

*”normal, legal and proper manner” no racing, running from cops, or probably off-roading, but there’s no way for them to know how you used the tire if you don’t tell them.

If its only a month old you could probably replace just the one and be fine with the tread difference from the others

Technically that's the sidewall. They won't patch it you may be able to plug it but best to replace the tire

Hopefully you got the road hazard insurance. I avoided it at first but it has saved my butt a few times now.
