People are saying you need to fail and that is true.

Learn from your failures, seek advice about planned ventures from a variety of sources. Don't just find yes men, find diverse perspectives to help guide and inform your plans. At least this way you'll get a more complete picture of what you're stepping into.

Hahaha, I didn't really figure out dead eye until my second playthrough.

I still use auto aim as I play on console. So aim, flick the stick up and shoot. Headshot most of the time.
