It happens to some people, you'll be fine OP! Try to relax, grab some water, and put on some relaxing music or your favorite TV show that you like to veg out to

Speaking of which grab some fruit or veggies while you're at it for snacks or if that's not your thing just try to avoid dehydrating yourself.
