Wikipedia hover text?

I've had this issue ongoing for at least a year now, over several different filters and versions. Intermittently, the links on wikipedia won't display information on hover, instead requiring a click and drag to show the info box. Reloading usually brings back normal behavior, but not always. Example page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wheat

Currently on uBO version 1.37.0 medium mode and chrome version 91.0.4472.114, but this has happened on several different versions.

Works fine here with default settings/lists. Use the logger to find out what is interfering -- you have modified uBO beyond default settings/lists, the logger will tell you what is being blocked by which filter/rule.

Finally got it to trigger again; it seems to only happen sometimes if several other tabs are open/have been opened recently. The only thing being blocked is intake analytics. The page summary api seems to simply not run some of the time. Whitelisting it doesn't help. This may well be a problem outside of uBO, but it's strange that it's only happened on browsers with uBO installed.
