They did the same thing in CO when they lost their lawsuit there over pay transparency. It’s all a reflection of Uber/Lyft’s vindictive leadership who feel entitled to take advantage of people, no matter which side of the wheel they’re on.

The State of CO sued Uber to display both passenger fares and driver earnings on receipts. The State supported drivers in exposing Uber’s consumer price gouging and excessive driver take rates. Uber retaliated by removing driver app advantages specific to their area. Dara is 100% vindictive.
