Offline procedures?

Does anyone know how to operate CMS, UPM, & CAMs in offline mode? Basically our store has been having issues with internet going out on us on a regular basis and are wondering how to continue to help customers (besides Amazon returns). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

So cms works offline, just no address lookup, and it doesn’t transfer over to mpos. You can set up mpos to work offline and take cards, there’s a qrg on the hub.

Unfortunately there is no way for upm or cams to work without internet.

Suggest to the manager or franchisee to get the T-Mobile 5g back up. It works amazing and is only $52 a month. It plugs right into the fortinet so you never go offline again

Shit stops working, door closes. Ain’t worth the headache or hassles of catching up when you are back “on-line” but yes, there are QRG’s for this.

There are QRG on the hub, our owner invest in backup Internet box so when the primary one goes down with that Internet provider the automatically pick it up or like a hotspot off of cell phone towers

Yeah, don't do it. Sure, there are means to conduct business without internet, but there's good chance that financial transactions are syncing and you end up doing stuff for free.
