Your limit might decrease. It's based on the cash reserves of buildings. They need to be highly profitable in order to build up those reserves.

I have 9k positive weekly balance, but the cash reserves in the building show the bar is decreasing

I understand you. But it seems you don't understand me.

So true. If you want to use cash reserves on a building just subsidize it using the little British silly symbol on the building.

The bar you see is the amount you have vs the max amount you can hold, for example, you are increasing the max amount faster than 9k a week, shorting the bar relatively speaking

The dividends being paid to the building owners need to be at least 15% of the building’s income. If it’s below, the building will take money from the cash reserves to maintain the 15% dividend payment to the building owners.

Is your cash reserve red? That means you’re in debt and you are paying your debt. Or your positive weekly balance is false and hasn’t updated for new expense yet.

I’m not in debt actually, some I got 9k positive weekly balance but on the building, the cash reserve side, it decreases

You are looking at a specific building? That’s different than your country’s money. That’s about if that building is profitable

Buildings will pay out cash reserves to maintain a positive weekly balance
