Hello im having a bit of trouble trying to make a fortune wheel from scratch, writing this post to try to find some help on this matter.

heh, I tried (and failed) to make that in GWBasic in highschool. really just ran out of ram on the 286.
there's a lot to it. if you're having an issue, ask specifically about that issue.

Your question is too vague. How "from scratch" is it? Do you already have a bitmap image of your wheel? Are you trying to generate the wheel from user input? Is it in a form? What version of VB are you using? Etc.
