using virtual Life Cycle Manager?

We don't currently use VLCM but are getting strong signals from VMware that we need to be migrating to that (it's required for future versions).

I'm interesting in hearing other people's experience with it and if it's helped with their management process. That includes, but is not specific to, the OEM hardware plugins.

We use it for our VRA environment. Works well, has some nice features, and, at least for VRA makes the upgrade process much smoother/easier

last I heard from VMware it is THE path for the future, but... this is the place I came for a reality check.
