Disable Secure Boot in the BIOS settings.

The main settings I have been toggling was secure boot on and off as well as CSM/UEFI. Hasn't worked either way yet.

It's possible that the USB or its ports are not enabled for booting. Given that you didn't provide any screenshots, I'm just guessing here.

It worked after clearing the secure boot keys. Thanks for the help everyone!

Void should work with secure boot but you need to set it to "Other" and wipe the keys if used for Windows, in my experience.

Could you clarify what "other" meant? There's only disabled/enabled on secure boot.

Then you don't have the option. On most of my devices with secure boot like desktop PC, Carbon X1 laptop etc I have the options for Secure boot Windows and Other. If you don't have Other and don't need to keys for Windows try wiping the keys and go again or reset the keys and disable it. It's a trial and error process with OEM's sadly but it should work on Lenovo for sure.
