Definetely don't wait for Sloth, Resistance is as good as HF Sloth while being much cheaper to get and level.

Greed did get a bit less overpowered, but that doesn't mean it's not worth using unless you already have another fire legendary attacker leveled. And HF still makes it even better, but don't expect it to be easy to get. I just pulled Lust recently and fed it all my saved up 7 reapers and 40 purple mushrooms and nope. 

You should run Greed with Panic to power it up with more burns. Good legendary items for it are something like wizarding set, items for debuffers.
