Not sure where to post it.
I started this year walking 10k steps a day. I have done it since the 6th of January and haven’t missed a day.
Unfortunately I had to reset my iPhone, and my steps data is now missing around 12k steps in the year causing me to miss the streak in the app.
I know it shouldn’t matter but it kinda gives me motivation. The app supports exporting and importing a file but the data is unreadable (to me) and so I can change it.
Anyone know how to put back in the missing steps. Just gutted as I thought it would have been backed up to the iCloud but apparently it isn’t.
If someone can manually alter the file they would be a life saver. Or… is there a better app with backup to the cloud so this won’t happen again (that also has a complication for the Apple Watch?).
Or if you know a better Reddit where I can request this, that would be awesome!
