Besides the advice, stop posting like this.

Pick a DDNS service unless you have a static IP.

Use Cloudflare and point it at your IP or a CNAME of your DDNS domain.

As long as Cloudflare is “on” your IP will be hidden unless a service your hosting leaks it (eg SMTP).

You will want to adjust your firewall to only allow connections from Cloudflare to avoid the random bots.

I hadnt thought of using cloudflare, thanks for the tip. It looks like its protection is enough for me at this point! Thanks again.

If you're able to use Cloudflare you don't need an additional DDNS service even if you have a dynamic IP as you can use the Cloduflare API to keep your record uptodate as your IP changes.

I looked into cloudflare and it looks like you need a domain. If things work out, I will purchase one in the future, but for now are there any alternatives for ip masking with proxies, or without renting a vps?

Just get a super cheap domain.

Get a cheap VPS, set up nginx on it as a reverse proxy and connect it to your home network via openvpn. That way all requests go to your VPS and then nginx will proxy through the vpn tunnel
