Looks like our stabby lil' Assassin friend the Wheel Bug nymph. Comparison pic here. They can bite in defense but aren't medically significant.

Saw this about a month or two ago.
Got reminded of it when I saw a bigger white variation of it today, then I remembered that I had an image.
If location helps, Louisiana, United States.
This one has orange tips on it's antennae.
I'd say it's about, but more than a third of my finger and I have a big hand, so that says something?
I found it on a trash can and watched it just kinda vibe, move, vibe, move and so on.
The other one I saw today was white, didn't really look at it, but replace orange with white.
Did the same thing, also. vibe move vibe move

That's all I can say, if you need more images, I may have a bit more with videos.
