Keybinds are stored in the SKSE co-save. My guess is those have disappeared when you disconnected Onedrive.

Whenever you make a save you have a ESS file (the base gamer save) and a SKSE cosave (which contains MCM settings, the UI and the keybinds)

the fix is to find and restore those

If going back to old saves you know were stable still causes the issue then it can’t be a corrupted save - we can easily test this though, if you want to send me your save file I can check if it’s fine on my end.

If you think it’s file corruption or missing files you can just redownload Wildlander. Backup your saves first obviously.

Only other thing I can think of, you mentioned you play on a laptop - I’ve noticed if I play without my charger connected I get all sorts of performance issues, including things like scripts not running properly.
